I had several request to do a silver metallic spray paint job. This was a super fun one to do. I started with a door from my 1972 c10 extra door. I primed the door with @RustOleumAutomotive sand able primer and let it set over night. The next step was to block sand the primer with 600 grit wet sand paper. We wiped down the door with glass cleaner to make sure it was spotless. Next was time to spray the silver. I started off with the first coat of silver followed up by three more till the lines started to disappear. The last coat was dusted on and looked pretty good, I wish I would of had one more can lol. Next was to shoot the 2k clear. I shot 4 total coats of the spray max clear to protect the paint and have enough to cut and buff later. Thanks for watching and I hope Yall enjoyed this video!!!!
