According to South Korea, North Korea test-fired ballistic missiles today. Pyongyang allegedly fired a short-range ballistic missile to the northeast followed by another ballistic missile fired from South Hwanghae province. The launch of missiles comes after North Korea criticised a joint military exercise by South Korea, Japan and the US, accusing the trio of forming the "Asian version of NATO".
